An IT Technician may ask you for your computer or device name in order to remote into your system. Please ensure that whoever is asking for your device name is a trusted Goodwill or Sirkit Technician.
You can find the computer name by, first, typing "About" into the search bar in the bottom left of your screen.
Click on the first result and a window will open. You can find the computer name here:
